Here are 4 simple email tips for our clients to effectively communicate with us:

  1. Use a specific subject line description whenever you send an email.

Always add a subject line to your emails and be as specific as possible. For example, state something like “Receipt of full payment made last September 18, 2020” or “Promo availment: sms screenshot and proof of payment”. It can be very helpful since many email messages go back and forth several times over the course of many weeks, it is important to accurately describe what we will find inside as it will also minimize questions on that concern.

  1. Provide the required information in the email body to check and secure your account.

-Full name including middle name Ex. First name: Juan, Middle name: Santos, Last name: Dela Cruz

-Date of birth

-Registered mobile number when you applied for a loan with us

-Complete address

Then communicate your concern thoroughly. Consider using bulleted points to clearly explain that to us. It helps in adding clarity to your message and it is ideal to keep your emails as short as possible without eliminating necessary information regarding your account. Kindly also let us know the number of files you have attached in your email.

  1. For your closing, state the outcome you expect from your message.

This will improve overall communication.
