Step 1: Go to www.robocash.ph and click “SIGN IN” on the upper right corner.
Step 2: Enter your registered mobile phone number.Apply now
Step 3: Wait for the OTP (one-time pin) which our system automatically sends to your registered mobile number. Use the OTP as your password.
Step 4: Fill out the application form. In order to make your process faster, kindly supply correct information. For reloan clients, you can simply proceed to this form. Just determine how much money you want or need to borrow.
Step 5: Choose a loan disbursement option (Bank transfer, Robocash branch pick-up, or Cebuana Lhuiller cash pick-up)
Step 6: For new clients, we require your proof of identity to confirm we’re able to do business with you. Upload your clear selfie and a front copy of your valid ID with a visible signature as shown in the example below.
You may use either one (1) of the following:
-New PhilHealth card (PVC type)
Step 7: Once done and you have agreed to the terms and conditions, submit your loan application. Robocash is fully committed to protecting the rights and privacy of individuals, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. Your information will be safe and will not be misused. Just ensure that you enter correct information and do it honestly to avoid any delay in getting the approval and other complications later on.
Step 8: Wait for approval. We will send you notifications to inform you about the status of your loan. All verification will be done online or over the phone and the borrowed amount is disbursed very quickly, mostly within 24 hours.
